Propagation: Paradise Hotel/rtx3060 i7 laptop performance /Pico Neo 3 Link

Resolution in game around 60% of 2748×2880, render frametimes for CPU&GPU where decent and framerate stable most of the time of my ~1 hour gameplay but GPU was behaving like on high load causing constant high temperature (70+°C) which did not got any lower without recording and even after lowering resolution and graphics settings like there was no performance scaling/adaptation.
