The Last of Us Part I tells the story of Joel Miller, a father of a teenager, an architect by profession, who survived the calamity caused by a devastating virus that decimated the population. He lost his daughter at the beginning of the pandemic, when he was fleeing the confusion of the city and she was killed by one of the military who barred the departure of infected people from
one of the city’s areas. Years after that, Joel survives as a smuggler of sorts and on one of his missions he was hired to get a brave and mature 14-year-old girl named Ellie out of a military quarantine zone and it is Joel’s relationship with Ellie that THE LAST OF US will turn into an epic game.
