The Delphi Murders: The Honorable Judge Fran Gull Presiding: Part One: ‘Beyond This Court’

A core group of important figures have arisen in the Delphi case, as it winds
through the criminal justice system. Judge Fran Gull will preside over the
trial, and the pre-trial hearings. Nicholas McLeland, the prosecutor of Carroll
County, will speak for the state. And defense attorneys Brad Rozzi and Andy
Baldwin will represent Richard “Rick” Allen, who stands accused of the murders.
We will profile each of these figures, in a bid to better understand the
important people at the heart of this case.
Today, we’ll be airing the first of three episodes on Judge Fran Gull. You’ll
hear more about her career as a prosecutor in Allen County, and some of the hard
calls she’s had to make as a judge.
