2 ● 👨🎓 How I Study
My study session is 50 minutes. Then a break of 10 minutes (or 9).
During the study with me live, I repeat this for 8-14 hours. This is a double Pomodoro technique (5010 or 509). I also take one Medium Break of 35 minutes (Lunch). The meal happens after session number 5 (511). Breaks are essential to keep the efficiency of your study high. Always take them!
