Easy and simple way to add text placeholder in Textbox or Combobox control in VB.Net

VB.Net controls like the Textbox and Combobox does not have a native way of adding a Placeholder functionality. Some programmers employ long creative ways to achieve this by adding extra lines of codes and assigning texts manually.
