Denon PerL & PerL Pro: How they work

These earbuds use Masimo AAT to first listen to how you hear and then tune the sound to your hearing. Our earbuds do this by measuring otoacoustic emissions. These are sonic reflections that originate inside your ear from the cochlea, and by measuring OAEs, we can determine which frequencies your ears are more or less sensitive to. They are then used to create your unique hearing profile.
