Why You Should Ignore Nvidia’s (NVDA) High Valuation?

In today’s video, I’m going to discuss one of the hottest stocks in the market right now: Nvidia. This stock has been on fire lately, with shares up 200% (as of this writing) thus far in 2023, more than 13 times the gains of the S&P 500. But why is Nvidia so popular and what makes it such a great investment? Let’s find out!

Nvidia is a leading company in the field of graphics processing units (GPUs), which are specialized chips that can handle complex visual tasks such as gaming, video editing, and artificial intelligence (AI). Nvidia’s GPUs are used by millions of gamers around the world, as well as by some of the biggest tech companies like Tesla, Amazon, Netflix, and Microsoft. Nvidia is also at the forefront of AI innovation, with its GPUs powering some of the most advanced machine learning systems in the world.

But Nvidia’s stock performance hasn’t always been this impressive. In fact, just last year, the stock crashed 50%, as the company faced several challenges such as high inflation, rising interest rates, and a general market downturn. Nvidia’s gaming segment, which has historically represented the majority of its revenue, also suffered a huge slump, as gamers decided to postpone upgrading their graphics cards due to the uncertain economy and high inflation. Nvidia’s data center business, which grew 41% last year, was not enough to offset the decline in gaming.
