lineselect shell tool: interactively select lines in shell pipelines

`lineselect` is a handy tool for combining the best of two worlds: shell pipelines and UIs. It allows you to “pause” an automated shell pipeline to interactively select a sub-set of lines that will be printed to stdout, i.e., which the rest of the pipeline will act on.
