The mid season balance patch on 04/18/2023 will give a blanket buff of +20% to all pulse rifles in any PvE activity.
In this video I will go over my top 5 pulse rifles for PvE activities. These weapons have unique or interesting perk combinations which make them very deadly from the easiest to the hardest content.

4: (1:11) Disparity available from Banshee / Xur. Suggested perks Rapid hit + Headstone.
3: (1:50) Phyllotactic Spiral available from Neomuna activities. Suggested perks Keep away + Joltshot.
2: (2:33) Veles-X available from Monuments to lost Light (legacy gear). Suggested perks Repulsor brace + Golden tricorn.
1: (3:13) Battlescar available from the world loot pool. Suggested perks shoot-to-loot + Kinetic tremors.
