This video shows how Mobile2Sage can be used as a simple loan, investor and security tracking system for Sage.
The applications allows you to record investor funds which can then be used to provide loans. These investmentsloans can be for varying periods, amounts as well as rates. Security can be held against the loans including category, valuation, storage location and any other details which may be required. In Sage, each loaninvestment has a dedicated Project which shows all the relevant transactions. These are ‘tagged’ to a relevant ‘fund department which then allows usage of the various project and departmental reports including project and departmental profitability.
The system is very flexible and can be enhanced for most needs including integration to other systems.
Mobile2Sage has various other modules (please see example list below) including barcode scanning, web requisitions, PO Authorisation, eBay Amazon Shopify integration and DropBox backups …. and new ones are being added all the time.
