Cartoon Network Amazone, an amusement park outside of Bangkok, delivers a fun and zany experience

The Land of Smiles just got a little wackier, thanks to the Cartoon Network Amazone. The amusement park, opened in October 2014, is located around 20 minutes outside of Pattaya or around 90 minutes from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport.

There’s lots of fun to be had here for the whole family. Check out Riptide Rapids, where guests can go tubing on a 335 metre long tube slide. There are all kinds of splish splashy adventures to indulge in, including wave machines and high-speed spinning tubes too.

After all that action, Foodville is a good place to relax. There’s a little something for everyone to chow down on here, even the picky eaters. Pizza, Japanese teppanyaki and Korean BBQ are among the menu choices.

Of course all of Cartoon Network’s famous animated characters like the Powerpuff Girls and Johnny Bravo are always hanging out at the park. Sometimes they do live shows with acrobatics, jaw-dropping stunts and more – and afterwards, they’re always up for a photo op.

Cartoon Network Amazone is open everyday from 10 am to 6 pm. One day passes for adults starts at 1,290 Baht and 890 Baht for children.
