Established in 1745, Domain Jacques Prieur has nine Grand Cru and 14 Premier Cru wines to their credit along with properties in Bordeaux and California. Edouard speaks of the challenges facing Burgundy and how the new generations of winemakers are keeping an open mind to new ways of doing things while respecting traditions and being stewards for those to come.
