#52 – Fixing Ubuntu – Drag and Drop to the desktop

Simple fix for enabling drag and drop to and from the desktop within Ubuntu 20.04/20.10 by installing a Gnome extension.

from a terminal:
sudo apt install chrome-gnome-shell gnome-shell-extension-prefs
then from a browser:
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/2087/desktop-icons-ng-ding/
