投湖的老舍

高中时便开始读林青玄，彼时以为既然姓林，要么如林志颖般青春靓丽，要么如林志玲般妩媚动人，再不继如林清霞般潇洒飘逸。很多年之后才发现，清玄之美，在于火云邪神一样的出世。

在美总偶有基督教徒拉去做礼拜。也去过几次。要么太忙慢慢就放弃了。要么觉得我并非虔诚之人，也不必做那个样子，去几次便罢了。

现在想想不去礼拜，不入宗教。也许只因为早在青玄之语中读懂了生命的禅意。不必刻意趋世间利，尘间妄。静静的听就好。。。

这人生本没有味，活得久了，便有了味道。

In high school, I began reading Lin Qingxuan’s works. At the time, I thought that since his surname was Lin, he would either be as youthful and beautiful as Lin Zhiying, or as charming and enchanting as Lin Zhiling, or even as graceful and elegant as Lin Qingxia. It was only many years later that I realized that Qingxuan’s beauty lies in his unconventional and unique style, much like that of a fiery and unconventional deity.

Occasionally, I was invited by Christian friends to attend church, and I went a few times. However, I eventually gave up due to a busy schedule or the feeling that I was not a devout believer and did not need to attend regularly.

Looking back now, I realize that I don’t need to attend church or follow a religion. Perhaps it’s because I understood the Zen of life from Qingxuan’s words long ago. I don’t need to chase after worldly gains or indulge in worldly desires. It’s enough to simply listen quietly.

Life itself may seem tasteless, but as we live on, we gradually acquire flavor.
