SMITE now WORKS on Steam Deck and Linux desktop

#SMITE now works on #SteamDeck and #Linux desktop as of the latest update, that officially mentions it’s fixed and running with thanks to community helpers. Nice! However, controller support is problematic so you’ll likely need a Steam Input community layout.

**UPDATE**: After some more testing, one thing I have found on Steam Deck is that you can use the built-in gamepad controls. However, they only work correctly in battles. The entire menu / lobby and god selection seems to not work with gamepad controls. So you can use touch screen, emulated mouse input or hold the STEAM button to activate mouse cursor. Seems this is a problem even on Windows going back years (https://www.reddit.com/r/Smite/comments/lmrwnd/controller_doesnt_work_on_main_menu_or_god_select/). It does *not* have “Full controller support” as advertised on Steam.
