To find out how to set up your domain for using emails at Hostinger, make sure to know the two options available: Titan and Hostinger email services. Here are the main steps:
👉 On the hPanel, head to the Emails section on your Hosting account menu to find the email service you are using.
👉 Check whether your nameservers are pointing to Hostinger or another provider. This will determine where to edit the DNS configuration.
👉 Head to the DNS Zone Editor to edit the DNS configuration on Hostinger. Delete any existing MX records as they might interfere with the new ones.
👉Add these new records:
🟣 Titan Email
MX:
Priority: 10
Host: @
Points to: mx1.titan.email
TTL: 1 hour/3600 seconds
Priority: 10
Host: @
Points to: mx2.titan.email
TTL: 1 hour/3600 seconds
TXT:
Name: @
TXT value: v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email ~all
TTL: 4 hours/14400 seconds
🟣 Hostinger Email
Head to Emails → DNS settings → Manage Email Delivery and click Verify DNS to check if your DNS records have been set up correctly. Here are the records for Hostinger email:

Points to: mx1.hostinger.com
TTL: 4 hours/14400 seconds
Priority: 10
Host: @
Points to: mx2.hostinger.com
TTL: 4 hours/14400 seconds
TXT:
Name: @

DKIM (CNAME type):
Host: hostingermail-a._domainkey
