On November 9th, Neil Bertelsen gave a presentation followed by a Q&A session on “Patient Involvement in Health Technology Assessment (HTA)”. Neil Bertelsen has been a patient advocate since the 1990s, has worked directly with HTA bodies on improving patient involvement, is the past Chair of the patient & citizen involvement in HTA where he remains on the Steering committee and is a current board member of Patient Focused Medicines Development (PFMD).
