Today I will go over my experience working at PHP Agency over the last three months. PHP is a brokerage firm within the financial industry that sells life insurance and annuities. 3 months ago I got started here, and at first, I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision… But after attending a lot of the meetings and trainings, I got a feel for what they really do. Hopefully, this helps you out and gives you more insight.

I'd like to hear an update now that you've been working there for a year. I know a lot of people get allured into there compensation plan, but I couldn't get over the split of starting out at 30%. I'd rather not be LOA and get 90%+ and actually own my book of business
