Next time you use the Get Items action in your Power Automate flow—make sure you use the FILTER QUERY.

The filter query allows you to filter out the items returned with the Get Items action that meet your needs. Why does this matter? This means that less data will need to be processed meaning your flow will run a lot faster and be more efficient.

eq: equals
ne: does not equal
gt: greater than
ge: greater than or equal to
lt: less than
le: less than or equal to
and: and operator
or: or operator
substringof(‘abc’, Title): search for substring ‘abc’ in field ‘Title’ (Note: ‘Title’ can be replaced with any column name)
