ALVR On Linux (For Real This Time)

On Linux with an AMD GPU (but also NVIDIA should work), you can now get the full quest 2 resolution and refresh rate, and even play windows VR games (like Beatsaber). It works on most distros since ALVR is available as an Appimage, and the setup is easy. Good job, ALVR Devs!
