ESO – Stamina Necromancer PVE Build (126k) – Scribes of Fate

Rotation:
Prebuff:
Drain your Stamina as low as possible, with roll dodge + high Stamina Cost Skill!
Prebuff with Skeletal Archer + Deadly Cloak.

Start:
Blastbones – Barswap – Shooting Star – Barbed Trap – Boneyard – Barswap
Blastbones – Wrecking Blow – Carve – Blastbones – Siphon – Barswap – Rending
and then use Blastbones every third Skill (example: bb + carve + blow + bb)
Use Wrecking Blow as Spammable in between.
Avoid Barswap with Wrecking Blow, always hard to LA weave in between Channeled Abilities. Prioritize Wrecking Blow over Dots (example: dots expired for 1 second, take your time and use another wrecking blow cast instead of insta barswap!), but keep up 3x Carve Stacks and Blastbones!

At around 31%:
Drop Wrecking Blow + Blastbones completely for Executioner.
Reapply every Dot and Drop Rending Slashes at around 25%.
Use Dawnbreaker at around 15%.
Drop Archer + Boneyard at around 7-10%, keep up Carve + Deadly + Trap until the End!
Side Notes:
I even bashed sometimes to keep my Stamina below 33% for max Coral Riptide Bonus and delayed some Shards + Boneyard Synergies, irrelevant for Relequen Users!
