Day 05 of the TRX FIT in 10 Series. It is a special workout because the TRX is anchored from a low anchor point. Pull the straps fully lengthened in order to get the body to the best angle. The focus today is on our Arms and Shoulders. 5 Exercises x 4 rounds each, standing exercises only. Let’s do this, Team!

Target: Arms
Equipment: Suspension Trainer (Anchored from a Low Anchor Point)
Workflow: 5x | 4x 20sec On – 10sec Off
Intensity: Medium
Level: Intermediate and Above
Reminder: It is always possible to change the resistance by adjusting the position of your body, and/or creating a staggered stance!
