RansNet Wi-Fi: VLAN Steering over Captive Portal Login

VLAN steering (or dynamic VLAN assignment) over captive portal allows networks to steer users to different VLANs based on their profiles (supports both wireless and wired networks). This handy features puts all users into default VLAN at initial connect, prompts them with a login portal for easy sign-in, and steers authenticated users into their respective VLAN based on user profiles.
