Elena Teleport Glitch!! – Uncharted 4 A Thief's End

After Nate almost falling to his death down a waterfall in a 4×4 there is a glitch where if you climb up the ledge on the far right next to the river before Elena gets up she teleports up on the far left side and starts her dialogue talking to Nate.
