Perl's stain for demonstrating iron pigment

Following on from my recent tutorial videos on pigments, this video provides viewers with a detailed step-by-step demonstration of how to reveal the presence of Fe3+ ions in tissues using Perl’s reaction. A histological section of liver tissue containing hemosiderin is used to demonstrate the procedure.
