This video demonstrate how I would answer an incoming call from a user while working as a Help Desk Technician. As a Help Desk Tech or Desktop Support you’ll be using Active Directory a lot when dealing with user account issues. This video is helpful for anyone that’s new or don’t know how to use AD.
