PI400 2.5 gigabit NAS: Can it saturate 2.5g? How does it compare to one of my servers?

One of my clients has a PI4 and 8TB external HDD and wants to set up his first server. I have never used a PI as a NAS, but since I have a spare Pi400, I might as well get familiar with Open Media Vault and see if this pi400 can saturate 2.5gigabit just because.
