jrebel cant reload jsp

netbeans with jrebel can’t reload jsp, but css is ok. In this video:
1) I delete every file in ~/.jrebel
2) show i didn’t change anything in jrebel.xml
3) enable trace in netbeans’ jrebel setting
4) run the project
5) try to change something in jsp, it can’t be reload
6) change something in css, it does reload
7) jrebel.log file never begin generated.
