The business was acquired 3 years after this CRM went live.

* Developed customized applications for various departments across the Enterprise, resulting in streamlined processes and gained efficiencies.
* Used Intel’s communication protocol (PCOMM) to negotiate AS/400 user screens, significantly widening the scope of process automations.
* Designed applications linked to 3rd party vendor websites to enhance and centralize the data mining process required to update current loan information.
* Developed and deployed a source code library that includes shared classes and modules for automating business applications including, but not limited to, MS Office Suite and iSeries, enabling the shared distribution of source code and modules.
* Implemented Windows API functions in application architecture to further customize modules and Operating Systems.

* Designed reporting applications to aid project managers in test analysis from new AS/400 system.
* Automated MS Project to create project reports of various styles and data based on user input.
* Supported senior-level RPG/COBOL developers by creating desktop applications to eliminate repetitive daily functions.
* Replaced a critical application that became corrupted with an MS Access database saving the project thousands of dollars.
