How to Swim Deep in 3 Easy Steps

have you ever wanted to swim to the bottom of the deep end in your swimming pool? I’m going to teach you how to swim deep in 3 easy steps.
1. Know that your body will float if your lungs are full of air. This is good because you want that air in your lungs to help you get back up to the surface.
2. use your feet to kick all the way down to the bottom of the pool. You can also use this technique to swim across the bottom of the swimming pool.
3. Don’t forget to Equalize. If you goo too deep without equalizing then your ears will hurt. To Equalize your ears simply plug your nose and blow to push the pressure off your ears. this method will counter the pressure from the water pushing in on your ears and will make life much better when swimming to the bottom of the deepest pools.
