This panel of experts expounds on the unlimited possibilities and the biggest opportunities that now exist in the virtual world. Who are the female trailblazers in this space who have seized those chances and lifting others up the blockchain as well? What are their learnings

for the uninitiated? Who are the voices shifting and shaping the new digital age, even as our lives could exist as 3D- avatars in the metaverse in the near future? Is Africa facing a shortage of qualified STEM professionals, especially women, and why? How can we create a pipeline of digital skills among our youth? Jobs that are highly sought after in the IT economy are in cloud computing, AI, IoT, machine learning, blockchain and data science. Are we equipped enough?
