This comes off the back of the 18 month long Scalper Pandemic, during which time graphics cards became financial commodities more than actual gaming gear, so it’s natural to expect the average gamer today to have a worse card than they would have had in the Before Times. In 2023, however, games are asking for more powerful hardware. Can this new Mr. Popular satisfy the needs of the latest titles, or are GTX 1650 owners stuck using low settings and high levels of upscaling?
