Unit-4(3): JSP Standard Tag Libraries – JSP XML Processing

This Video explains JSTL XML tag library and XML tags with a JSTL XML program. Here the program is developed using Net beans editor. This video explains each and every configuration steps required to execute the program. The JSP Standard Tag Library (JSTL) represents a set of tags to simplify JSP development.

The JSTL XML tags are used for providing a JSP-centric way of manipulating and creating XML documents. The XML tags provide flow control, transformation, etc. The URL for the XML tags is http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/xml and the prefix is ‘x’. For creating a JSTL application, one needs to load the jstl.jar file.
