With an RTX 4090 and a 13th Gen Intel Core i9, MSI’s 17-inch Titan GT77 HX outperforms the competition in nearly all of our gaming tests. It also looks and feels fantastic owing to an amazing 144 Hz 4K Mini-LED display and a Cherry MX mechanical keyboard.

You could say MSI was six years ahead of the curve back in 2017 when their Titan laptop had an 18.4-inch monitor, especially with the large number of new 18-inch gaming laptops launched at CES 2023 back in January. However, the company’s most recent Titan GT77 HX, which debuted in 2023, is housed in a chassis from the previous year and ‘only’ features a 17-inch display.

The Titan GT77 HX has a great chance of making it onto our list of the best gaming laptops when combined with Nvidia’s brand-new RTX 4090 graphics card and a 13th Gen Intel Core i9 CPU.
