Delphi anniversary: Richard Allen has ZERO excuse for not coming forward again in 2019

There is NO plausible way I can fathom Richard Allen didn’t know investigators were seeking to speak with someone matching his whereabouts and description – which included VERY specific details – after the 2019 Delphi press conference led by Doug Carter.

I also believe the likely initial reason he came forward to an officer in 2017 was because two days after the crime, he saw his picture on TV from Libby’s phone, and had no idea she also took video and audio, so he attempted to make himself appear an innocent bystander on the bridge that day.

After the 2019 press conference STILL seeking Bridge Guy, and someone who parked at the old CPS building that day, both which matched Allen’s descriptions of his clothing and whereabouts, by his own admission … he STILL doesn’t come forward a second time. For over 2 YEARS.

Make it make sense. Because it simply doesn’t to me.
