JSP jdbc connectivity with Sqlite
Hello YouTube!
I am Durgesh. Today we are going to see JDBC connectivity with sqlite. In order complete this video, it is highly recommended that you should watch the part 1 of servlet DB connectivity. In that video, I have xplained all the required tools to download, setup and database schema that we use in this video. Link to the same is given here on top of screen.
Let’s get started with.
Demonstration
The basic idea is, we will design a four pages web application with pages p1, p2, welcome and error. Page p1 will take user credential i.e. UserID and Password using html controls and form tag. This information will be then passed to the page p2. P2 will fetch the parameters and check the provided details with those in the sqlite database. If user is valid, he/she will be greeted by a welcome page else will be redirected to an error page.
