You can get this trophy in “Get to the Car” in Chapter 17 from encounter select on Explorer difficulty.
You’ll just want to simply stealth your way through this encounter up to the point when you enter the vehicle. The tricky part with this trophy is that you cannot run anyone over and Elena can’t kill anyone either, so be quick when you enter the vehicle to escape. The trophy will unlock once the encounter has been complete.
