Getting 20 headshots from a rope is a fairly specific action and it’s likely you won’t get this trophy naturally. While you can do this in many places, the Drawbridge encounter in Chapter 10 is a good place to farm this trophy.
Go to the wooden rope swing by the cliff on the left side of the bridge and use the rope to hang in the air, use your weapon to aim at the enemies and get headshots.

It may be a bit hard at first, but you’ll get used to it and don’t have to be swinging for it to count. Once you’ve shot a few, restart the checkpoint until you get the trophy. Make sure you don’t have aim assist on so you can get the headshots.

You can also turn on slow motion to get more time for aiming.
