How to Create an Account in OneDrive


In today’s video, we will show you how to create an account in OneDrive.
Open your web browser and go to onedrive.live.com Click on ‘Sign in’ in the top right corner. OneDrive uses Microsoft account. If you have a Microsoft account you use for Skype, Xbox or Outlook you can use it. Enter your email and click ‘Next’. Enter your password and click ‘Sign in’.
If you don’t have a Microsoft account, we need to create one. Click on ‘Sign in’ in the top right corner. Click on ‘Don’t have an account? Sign up now’. Click ‘Create a Microsoft account’. Enter your email and password. Click ‘Next’. You will receive an email with a code. Enter it and click ‘Next’.
You can also use a phone number to sign up. Instead of putting your email, click on ‘Use a phone number instead’. Enter your phone number. Enter your password and click ‘Next’. You will receive a text message with a code. Enter it and click ‘Next’.
