After you make your wordpress website, you can follow the steps shown in this video to create your business email associated with your website domain. Both the website & email will work together.
In this video, we show you, how you can create your Business Email Address for Free. This will help your business be more professional since you will not need to use a gmail email account but you can have your very own email with your website domain after making a wordpress website.
This means you’ll be able to send or receive emails using addresses like contact@yoursite.com or support@yoursite.com.
After you create your business email, we’ll see, how you can connect it with your Gmail so you can receive and send email.

1:01 Log into your cpanel
Go to mail section
Click on Email Accounts
1:40 Create your email account and password
Select Unlimited (that’s what I recommend!)
Then click create account
Now let’s set up our gmail account with our new email
2:41 Go to your gmail account
Click on the gear icon and click on settings
Then click on the Accounts and Import tab
3:03 Click on Add Pop3 email account
Put in your email, password and mail@yourdomain.com and select port 110
Then select your options and click add account
4:38 If you want to be able to reply to people using your email alias then select that option and click next
Then put in the name you want as the reply name
Then select treat as an alias
Now change the server to mail.yourwebsitename.com
Port 25
Put in your username email and password
Then click add account
6:26 Now you need to confirm your email
Go to webmail.Yourhostingname.com
Type in your email and password and login
Click to read mail
Now you should see an email from gmail, click on that link or add the verification code.
