How to Extract User name and Domain Name from email address in Excel – Office 365
You can extract user name and domain name from email address in a cell. The fact that user name and domain name are always separated by @ symbol helps us to easily extract the user name and domain name from an email address. You can use formulas or Text to Column feature in Excel to extract the user name and domain name from email addresses. If you use formulas then when email addresses are updated the corresponding user name and domain name columns get updated automatically.
